License processing for VUTS

Required documents

- D.N.I. From the person submitted by the application.
- Full copy of the title proving the availability of housing:
– Simple Property Registry Note, Deed of sale, Lease, Deed of acceptance of inheritance, or any other valid title.
– Authorization for tourist exploitation in the event that there is more than one holder.
– Notarial power in case of representing the titular person. - Habitability card (In case of not having it, We request it)
- First occupation license (o Use and occupation)
- Complete copy of the Civil Liability Insurance Policy hired on behalf of the declarant natural or legal person and the receipt of your payment.
- Plant interior distribution plans, in which the destination and surface of each unit will be indicated.
Crediting documentation of the legal personality of the person holding the exploitation:
- Constitution writing
- Seizure or representation
- Fiscal identification card

If there is a person or company that will manage the house in your name:
- Authorization or sufficient title of the owner for housing management.
Only in case of prohibition in the statutes of the community of owners:
- Express authorization in writing from the community of owners to exercise the activity (For housing for tourist use)

How long does it take to get the license number?

When can I start announcing the VUT?

What requirements must meet a house to be "tourist use housing":
- Have the habitability card and comply at all times with the technical and quality conditions required by homes.
- Being furnished and equipped with appliances and belongings necessary for their immediate occupation, with all the furniture, CUBERÍA, household, Lingerie and equipment, according to the number of places and in perfect maintenance condition, cleaning and hygiene.
- Permanent and adequate supply of cold and healthy sanitary water, and electric power and heating, as well as an emergency fire extinguisher and lighting.
- Rooms with direct ventilation abroad or non -covered courtyards and some system of darkening windows.
- Number of bathrooms proportional to housed users. Up to six seats can have a single bathroom and when that number of places is exceeded, Minimum two.
- Minimum dimensions, Useful equipment and square meters, they must agree with the regulations of habitability and safety of homes, being prohibited to house a greater number of people corresponding to the capacity established by the number of bedrooms and occupation, according to the data included in the responsible statement.
- Identification by means of the outside of them of a pictogram with the acronym "Vut", whose characteristics are detailed in Annex II of the Decree 48/2016, and the number of signature corresponding to the registration in the registry of companies and tourist activities.
